License for online conten developers?

It is spreading like wildfire, the National Telecommunications Commission, also known as NTC has proposed a Memorandum that would require license for online content developers.

......Wait.....

Isn't this hypocrisy at it's peak?

I have always reiterated in all the comments that I make that Blogging is a form of freedom of speech. Besides, we are already paying for our internet providers, why do we still need to pay extra just to add contents in our sites?

Maybe this is just another crazy, ludicrous, and stupid idea of NTC..

If this memorandum pushes through, hell's going to break loose.

Hahah!! Pano na yung mga copy and paste ko?? Magbabayad din ba ko? Teka teka -- kanino ko magbabayad? Sa Meralco para sa kuryente, or sa PLDT para sa DSL? Ang gulo nila... shet!
